Two years ago, Denise left a 15-year fast-paced career in consulting to embark on a personal journey towards integration and purpose. Her self-driven program included weeks of fasting and detox, yoga and meditation. With the support of a transformation coach, she relocated home to her family in Singapore after four years in Beijing, China to start her life coaching practice.

As a Certified Professional Coach and Mentor, Denise now helps people deal with their life path such as career transitions, relationships, health and wellness, as well as purpose fulfillment.

Denise believes that through awareness and action, we can embrace life’s challenges, achieve our goals and live in gratitude. Her Sandbox Coaching Model was developed based on these fundamentals and it continues to evolve with each coaching experience. For the more advanced travellers on life’s journey, she works in partnership with them to develop their Practice of Purpose to live to their fullest potential.

After completing her Yoga Teacher training in Koh Samui, Thailand, Denise lives out her Practice of Purpose, integrating life coaching and social change with daily duties of family life, spiritual development, self-expression and travel. She is also an avid sculptor, working with both sand and clay. Her “Hands On Art” concept is about reconnecting our sense of healing touch with intuition and memory.

Graduated with double majors in Sociology and Linguistics, Denise developed language proficiency programs for children and adults; as well as teaching and counseling mature students preparing for tertiary education. She is widely read in psychology, sociology and spirituality.
