
Coaching is an empowering dialogue lasting between 15 min to 12 months, where your coach challenges, encourages and supports you in achieving specific or long-term goals. The coaching dialogue usually goes through several stages in order to move you into action. This is referred to as the coaching process and varies depending on the coaching model used.
During the coaching process, your coach will demonstrate core skills and employ effective tools to help you gain clarity; discover your inner creativity to overcome challenges and find new options. At the end of this process, you will have created a self-driven plan to achieve your personal, professional and/or business goals.
Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including career, health, relationships, personal growth and spirituality. You will be asked to be committed to and accountable for the decisions and actions required in these areas to achieve your intended goals.
In addition, you will be building valuable life skills for managing change and continuous learning. Integral to this multi-faceted experience is a trusted relationship based on honest and open dialogue.
